Q: What is your return policy?

A: We at Multi Trends have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with a 35% deduction. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: How can I start a return?

A: To start a return, you can contact us at hello@multitrends.co.uk . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by our customer service team. Send the returned product to below address:

Q: What if I send back my item without requesting a return first?

A: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please make sure to contact us before returning any items.

Q: What should I do if my item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

A: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q: Can I return sale items or gift cards?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Q: How can I exchange an item?

A: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

A: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Q: How I can find the right size for an article?

Each product page has a size guide link, through which you can view the complete measurements (in different metrics) to compare to your size. However, if you have further queries about the fit, or cannot see a size chart, please feel free to reach out to our customer services for assistance.

Q: How do I place an order with Multi Trends?

Please choose the “Add To Cart” option for your desired product. Clicking this option multiple times will add the same product in higher quantities. Once you’re done shopping, you can visit your cart (link at the top-right corner of the screen). Here you can adjust the quantities or remove items. Once satisfied, proceed to the checkout page using the “Checkout” button to be directed to the address and billing.

Q: How do I pay for my purchases?

We offer various payment methods, depending on where you want your order shipped. Multi Trends accepts Visa Card, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay & Laybuy. All our payment gateways are secure and your card information is only utilized for the permitted transaction.

Q: Can I track my order online?

We provide you updates regarding your order via the email address you provide us at the time of placing an order. We will send you order confirmation, processing, shipping, and tracking details (a link to the delivery company’s website) at your entered email address.
